INITIAL BRIEFING
Every project begins with a conversation, either in our studio or on site. We work closely with private and commercial clients to establish a clear understanding of the project’s intent — aligning vision, scope, budget and timeline. This stage is a deep exploration of your needs, aspirations and how the space should function, while also considering key collaborators such as architects and builders to ensure alignment from the outset. The clarity gained here allows us to shape a tailored, design-led response with purpose.
CONCEPT DESIGN
With the brief in place, we begin developing the creative direction for your project. This is the most exploratory stage — where ideas are researched, tested and refined in-house to uncover the most compelling response. We present mood boards illustrating spatial planning, materiality, finishes and the overall interior direction. It is a collaborative moment where your feedback helps define the path forward.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Building on the approved concept, we translate the vision into a fully resolved interior scheme. Sophisticated 3D models, floor plans and elevations illustrate spatial layouts, joinery and key design elements. The complete interior direction — including finishes, fixtures, fittings and material selections — is presented so you can see and understand how the design will come together.
DOCUMENTATION

TENDER & PROCUREMENT
With documentation complete, we guide the next stage — assisting with builder selection, procurement, and any required regulatory submissions. We compile a shortlist of preferred builders and trades, coordinate the quoting process, and make recommendations based on quality, alignment and scope. Where applicable, we procure selected items on your behalf, ensuring they meet the design intent and streamlining coordination during the build.
PROJECT OVERSIGHT
Throughout construction, we remain closely involved to ensure the design is executed with precision. We provide site support to the builder and trades, attend site visits, respond to queries, and address any design-related issues as they arise. We also track procurement logistics to ensure fixtures, fittings and furniture are produced and delivered on time. Our role is to protect the integrity of the design and support quality control.
DECORATION
The final phase involves the interior decoration and styling of the project — focusing on the selection and placement of furniture, artwork and accessories. We consider proportion, materiality and mood to curate pieces that bring a sense of completeness and character to each space.
